1. Objet
Les présentes Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (ci-après « CGU ») régissent l'accès et l'utilisation du service StudentTrack (ci-après « le Service »), édité par [à compléter : nom de l'éditeur] (voir mentions légales).
L'utilisation du Service implique l'acceptation pleine et entière des présentes CGU par l'utilisateur (ci-après « l'Utilisateur »).
2. Description du service
StudentTrack est une plateforme web destinée aux étudiants de l'enseignement supérieur, proposant notamment :
- Suivi des devoirs, échéances, emploi du temps et notes (calendriers iCal, extension Chrome pour Moodle et Canvas, saisie manuelle), simulateur de notes
- Import et lecture de ressources pédagogiques (PDF, documents, pages de cours)
- Préparation de séances de révision avec l'IA choisie par l'Utilisateur (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini…) : pack de cours, Pont IA de l'extension, fichier Google Drive, connecteur permettant à cette IA de lire ses cours et d'y enregistrer bilans et tâches. StudentTrack ne fournit pas lui-même d'assistant IA : l'IA reste un service tiers, utilisé avec le compte de l'Utilisateur et selon ses propres conditions
- Messagerie entre étudiants (amis et groupes)
- Rappels d'échéance et système de points d'expérience
3. Accès au service
L'accès au Service nécessite la création d'un compte utilisateur. L'Utilisateur s'engage à fournir des informations exactes et à mettre à jour son profil en cas de changement.
L'Utilisateur est seul responsable de la confidentialité de ses identifiants. Toute connexion ou activité effectuée avec ses identifiants sera réputée effectuée par lui.
4. Tarification
Le Service est actuellement proposé gratuitement. L'éditeur se réserve le droit d'introduire des fonctionnalités payantes, qui feront l'objet d'une information préalable et d'une acceptation explicite.
5. Obligations de l'Utilisateur
L'Utilisateur s'engage à :
- Utiliser le Service conformément aux lois en vigueur et aux présentes CGU
- Ne pas porter atteinte aux droits de tiers (propriété intellectuelle, vie privée…)
- Ne pas tenter de contourner les mesures de sécurité ou de surcharger l'infrastructure
- Ne pas utiliser le Service pour rédiger un travail noté à sa place, en violation de l'intégrité académique de son établissement
- Ne pas envoyer de contenu illégal, haineux, diffamatoire ou contraire aux bonnes mœurs
- Ne pas extraire massivement les données du Service ni les profils d'autres utilisateurs
6. Propriété intellectuelle
Le Service, sa marque, son design, son code source et l'ensemble de ses contenus sont la propriété exclusive de l'éditeur. L'Utilisateur reçoit une licence personnelle, non-exclusive et non-transférable d'utilisation pendant la durée de son inscription.
Les ressources pédagogiques que l'Utilisateur importe restent sa propriété ou celle de leurs auteurs. Il s'engage à n'importer que des contenus auxquels il a légitimement accès et accorde à StudentTrack la licence strictement nécessaire au fonctionnement du Service (stockage, indexation, mise à disposition de l'IA qu'il a lui-même connectée).
7. Limitation de responsabilité
Les réponses produites par l'IA que l'Utilisateur choisit d'utiliser proviennent d'un service tiers : elles peuvent contenir des erreurs, des approximations ou des biais et ne remplacent en aucun cas un enseignement officiel. Les dates, notes et documents affichés proviennent des plateformes de l'établissement ou de la saisie de l'Utilisateur : en cas de doute, la plateforme de l'établissement fait foi.
L'éditeur ne peut être tenu responsable :
- Des décisions prises par l'Utilisateur sur la base des réponses d'une IA
- De toute conséquence académique liée à l'utilisation du Service
- D'une interruption temporaire du Service due à une maintenance ou à un cas de force majeure
- Des contenus de sites tiers vers lesquels le Service renvoie
8. Intégrité académique
StudentTrack est un outil pédagogique d'accompagnement. L'Utilisateur s'engage à respecter les règles d'intégrité académique de son établissement et à ne pas présenter comme siennes des productions générées par l'IA dans le cadre d'évaluations notées, sauf autorisation explicite de l'enseignant.
9. Suspension et résiliation
L'éditeur se réserve le droit de suspendre ou résilier le compte d'un Utilisateur en cas de violation des présentes CGU, après notification lorsque cela est possible. L'Utilisateur peut à tout moment supprimer son compte lui-même, avec le bouton « Supprimer mon compte » du modal « Profil » (en déconnectant d'abord les IA connectées, voir la politique de confidentialité), ou en écrivant à contact@studenttrack.app.
10. Données personnelles
Le traitement des données personnelles est décrit dans la politique de confidentialité.
11. Modification des CGU
L'éditeur se réserve le droit de modifier les présentes CGU à tout moment. Les Utilisateurs seront informés des modifications substantielles par une notification dans le Service.
12. Droit applicable et juridiction
Les présentes CGU sont soumises au droit français. Tout litige relatif à leur interprétation ou à leur exécution relève de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux français, sous réserve des dispositions impératives applicables aux consommateurs.

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the StudentTrack service (hereinafter the “Service”), published by [to be completed: publisher’s name] (see the legal notice).
Use of the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms by the user (hereinafter the “User”).
2. Description of the Service
StudentTrack is a web platform for students in higher education, offering in particular:
- Tracking of assignments, deadlines, timetable and grades (iCal calendars, Chrome extension for Moodle and Canvas, manual entry), and a grade simulator
- Import and reading of learning resources (PDFs, documents, course pages)
- Preparation of study sessions with the AI chosen by the User (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini…): course pack, the extension’s AI Bridge, Google Drive file, and a connector allowing that AI to read the User’s courses and to save session recaps and tasks there. StudentTrack does not itself provide an AI assistant: the AI remains a third-party service, used with the User’s own account and subject to its own terms
- Messaging between students (friends and groups)
- Deadline reminders and an experience points system
3. Access to the Service
Access to the Service requires the creation of a user account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to update their profile in the event of any change.
The User is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any login or activity carried out using their credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by the User.
4. Pricing
The Service is currently offered free of charge. The publisher reserves the right to introduce paid features, which will be subject to prior notice and explicit acceptance.
5. Obligations of the User
The User undertakes to:
- Use the Service in accordance with the laws in force and these Terms
- Not infringe the rights of third parties (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures or to overload the infrastructure
- Not use the Service to have graded work written in their place, in breach of their institution’s academic integrity rules
- Not send any content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory or contrary to public decency
- Not carry out mass extraction of the Service’s data or of other users’ profiles
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its trade mark, its design, its source code and all of its content are the exclusive property of the publisher. The User is granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of their registration.
Learning resources imported by the User remain the property of the User or of their authors. The User undertakes to import only content to which they have lawful access, and grants StudentTrack the licence strictly necessary for the operation of the Service (storage, indexing, making the content available to the AI that the User has connected themselves).
7. Limitation of liability
Responses produced by the AI that the User chooses to use come from a third-party service: they may contain errors, approximations or biases and are in no way a substitute for official teaching. The dates, grades and documents displayed come from the institution’s platforms or from data entered by the User: in case of doubt, the institution’s platform is the authoritative source.
The publisher cannot be held liable for:
- Decisions made by the User on the basis of an AI’s responses
- Any academic consequences related to the use of the Service
- Any temporary interruption of the Service due to maintenance or to an event of force majeure
- The content of third-party sites to which the Service links
8. Academic integrity
StudentTrack is an educational support tool. The User undertakes to comply with their institution’s academic integrity rules and not to present AI-generated work as their own in graded assessments, unless explicitly authorised by the teacher.
9. Suspension and termination
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s account in the event of a breach of these Terms, after notification where possible. The User may delete their account themselves at any time, using the “Delete my account” button in the “Profile” window (after first disconnecting any connected AIs; see the privacy policy), or by writing to contact@studenttrack.app.
10. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to the Terms
The publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes by a notification within the Service.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
